Happy November & Almost Thanksgiving, Beloveds! Half the month has swept by me. I realized yesterday that I hadn't written a newsletter yet. Time flies! I'm adjusting to the increasing darkness and the sun blinding me as I drive home from the pool between 3:30pm and 4:30pm. I will have to get to the pool earlier and earlier in the coming days! I hope you're enjoying the "Anything" season in the Baltimore area. I was told years ago that we have 3 seasons here in Baltimore: Summer, Winter and Anything. After 45 years of living here I would have to agree with that assessment. Other than being blinded as I drive home, I've almost driven off the road with the stunning Fall colors of the trees. Last year was magnificent as well. Sadly my photos have never captured that beauty. Maybe it's a lesson in letting go. Appropriate for the Fall. I did like the early Fall photo I've shared here of my back deck. The colors were actually much brighter than shown. Those leaves are now almost all off the trees exposing my neighbors homes behind me. It's like living in a new area! LOL! Speaking of new area, I'm still hoping to be able to stay here on Sturgis Court as I look at all the possibilities. Winning the lottery (I do have to buy a ticket) or having a long lost relative die and leave me $250,000 would solve a lot of problems. (Grin) I confess that I did have a major temper tantrum over the idea of having to move from here. I didn't share that last month because I still felt too raw but time has been healing. I'm softening into the reality that everything is impermanent. I'm such a 'comfort queen' and major changes that challenge my comfortable life are not taken well, at least at first. Byron Katie's work and her book Loving What Is along with Buddhist teachings have help me deeply. I have also been deeply supported by loving friends! Thank you Beloveds! We shall see what unfolds. Prayers for the Highest Good and Greatest Joy are still welcome! Upcoming Classes This week is my regular third Thursday All Love Zoom Gathering, November 20th from 8pm to 10pm. Then on Black Friday Patti Hawse will offer another amazing Shamanic Journey November 28th from 3pm to 5pm here at 4 Sturgis Court in Pikesville 21208. The fee is $44 and you can pay at the door or sign up on KarmaFest.com on her Calendar.
