Happy 2025, Beloveds!

I hope you're enjoying the new year so far! I celebrated the beginning of my 74th year on January 2nd. I attended a wonderful Gong and Singing Bowl event by Crystal Ashram in Annapolis with friends (see pic) the evening of the 2nd. The gong was used to help empower our intentions for 2025. I LOVE the gong and was as close as I could get to it. I felt its power through my whole body as I intended to love more, be of greater service wherever I can be and continue to let go of my habit of worry. Sadly, worry and anxiety still visit me more often than I care to admit. I try to remember Rumi's Guest House poem; to welcome and invite all the emotional visitors in: The Guest House by Rumi Translated by Coleman Barks This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond. May we all embrace each visitor and most importantly embrace ourselves and each other with love and compassion. If you're willing to share I'd love to hear your intentions for 2025. Peaking back at 2024, I'm delighted to have had my first book signing at Patti Hawse's Winter Solstice Celebration December 21st and 22nd! I sold and signed 16 books, offered some healing/ coaching/readings and on Sunday gave an All Love talk and meditation. What a delight! Many of my sweet friends stopped by to see me and get a signed book. Thank you Beloveds! It was so wonderful being back with my KarmaFest tribe! There is only one KarmaFest left with Patti retiring after 19 amazing years. Check KarmaFest.com for more info about the Summer event. I have 12 books left of the 50 I purchased. Upcoming Classes I'm delighted to offer monthly All Love Zoom meetings on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 8pm to 10pm. These gatherings are infused with the energy found in the Great Pyramid of Giza, Sekhem. The next All Love Zoom is on January 16th with February 20th and March 20th to follow. The fee is $20 and can be paid through Zelle (using 410-598-1010 - my name will show as Sharon Tuegel) or PayPal (using sherrytuegel@verizon.net). Our gatherings have been beautiful, deep and healing. Please email me for the Zoom link. On Saturday, January 18th I'm hosting Patti Hawse and Megan Plummer at my home for another amazing Shamanic Journey starting at 2pm.Their Shamanic Journeys are full of sounds and vibrations, as well as reiki and higher forms of energy, for full body healing, clarity, and purpose. Using shamanic drums and rattles, a guided meditation and higher vibrational healing energy, Patti and Megan will clear chakras, expel energies and entities and lower thought forms which no longer serve you, connecting you to the divine where true transformational healing begins. You will gain insight and clarity of future purpose, as well as healing the past, through this process, and our Highest and Best Intentions FOR You. The fee is $44. In February I plan to offer an In-Person All Love Class on Saturday, February 22nd from 2pm to 6pm (if weather/etc. permits) at my home in Pikesville, MD. The fee is $75 paid at the door. Cash or Zelle preferred. There is a 3% fee for credit cards. Please bring a pillow and blanket along for possible floor work.
